Maya's Golden Globes Best Dressed

The Golden Globes kicked off Awards Season this week and there were some major fashion moments on the red carpet this past Sunday. My favorite part of Awards Season is sitting in front of my TV and watching all the red carpet coverage, I was so excited to see which gowns would make an appearance. Here are a few of my favorite looks from the wonderful ladies that owned in last years movies and television. 

 Cate Blanchett looked like a work of art in this lace Armani number. The opening in the back was gorgeous and when she turned around my jaw dropped. Love!

Maria Menounos looked great while giving interviews on the red carpet in this gorgeous gown by Max Azria! I adore the color and this dress fits her like a glove. Work Maria!

 I have Margot Robbie on style watch for the duration of award season, I can tell she is going to be on all my favorite looks list. The high slit, the top embellished with emerald and the matching emerald shoes..she's a stunner.

Michelle Dockery is one to watch on red carpets, I recently looked through some of her looks and I'm now a huge fan of her fashion. The color may be a little too pale for her, but there is just something so timeless about this look and it is extremely classy.. classy alway wins.

Caitlin Fitzgerald looked simply amazing in this A symmetrical gown by Emilia Wickstead. I enjoyed seeing this powder blue dress on the red carpet it makes me want to fast forward to spring. Hair, makeup, and those shoes FLAWLESS.

 Ok maybe I'm biased because I stan for Zoe Saldana and she can do no wrong in my eyes, but I do not understand why people hated this look!? True this is not a look just anyone could pull off, but Zoe slays and I'm loving this look designed by the wonderful Prabal Gurung.

Of course I saved the best for last! The stunning Lupita Nyong'o without a doubt was best dressed at the Globes in this amazing caped gown by Ralph Lauren... Genuis.. such a fashion moment. My absolute favorite look of the night!

OSMAN Pre-fall 2014

Happy New Year! Its our first post of 2014, we both just bought new computers and are so excited to be back blogging after our other computer broke. For our first post of the new year we are sharing  pictures form Osman's pre fall 2014 collection. This collection is beautiful, we love that the models aren't just standing in front of a white background instead they are in real settings such as an apartment. The garments as well as the pictures are visually pleasing. We hope you enjoy this collection as much as we did.

All I want for Christmas is....

Everyone keeps asking me what I want for Christmas and my usual response is "I don't know" I really haven't thought about what I want. So I decided to go to the ever so helpful Polyvore and think long and hard about what I reaaaally want. So with out further adieu I give you the Christmas List....

At the top of my list is something that is probably on everyone's list right now; the Camel coat. I will not lie I've been wanting a camel coat ever since I saw Kim K gracing the streets of Paris in one. Next would be a pair of boots particularly the ones pictured above from Zara I've been LUSTING over these for awhile now. I'm in desperate need of a black bag preferably one that can double as a satchel and hand bag, the one above is Givenchy... clearly its just a reference because its far out of my budget and I couldn't imagine asking for such a pricey bag from my loved ones. J. Brand Jeans are always a safe bet for a gift for me I love this brand and their jeans fit me perfectly. I've been searching High and Low for the perfect floppy hat but haven't found one just yet I came close at American Apparel but i was too cheap to buy it. I'd love to be gifted a copious amount of Camies in different shades, as well as an awesome slip dress. A Nike hoodie has been on my to get list for awhile too. Last but never least I adore anything NARS, I'm hooked on the line especially the lipsticks. So there you have it my Christmas list..... Friends and Family take notes;) Whats on your Christmas List?

Statement Piece

Been wanting to wear this necklace since my mom brought it home. I love statement pieces, this necklace is great on its on but I cant wait to layer it with other necklaces. I'm so inspired by the pic below and want to find more necklaces to layer and play with this fall.

Casual Camo

 Camo is a print we will also have in our wardrobe especially during colder months. I got this jacket on Nordstrom's Anniversary sale, I'm in love with it! The lining is so warm and comfortable, this jacket will definitely be in HEAVY rotation this Autumn and Winter.
