Fall Trends

With fall approaching fashionistas everywhere are looking to Fall 2012 Ready-to-wear showcases for all the upcoming trends. We personally love dressing during this cold & rainy season, creative layering and cozy jackets make 60 & below weather well worth it. For all the Fall fashionistas out there here's whats trending for Fall 2012! :)

Leather Accents: Leather is a classic trend every fall/winter. Its easy to work into your wardrobe, and adds edge to any outfit. Doo.Ri spiced up a classic Pea coat by adding leather accents on the sleeves. This is an awesome way to express this trend in a edgy way.
Color: This is an unexpected trend for fall, but one we'll gladly embrace along with many others who find their closets to be plague with color & bold prints. Usually fall is know for duller color pallets, but J. Crew wowed with colors ranging from blue to Magenta. This trend will brighten up your day.

Textured Coats: Wool & fur coats are going to be a warm and fashionable this fall. A simple textured coat evens out patterned and loud colored outfits. These coats are from Diane von Furstenberg & J. Crews fall collections.

Head to toe Print: Diane von Furstenberg's fall show included this bold trend in belted jump suit and a 3 piece suit. Add a belt to break up the pattern and you've conwuered this daring trend.

These are just a few trends that we're loving for upcoming Fall season. We're pretty sure they'll be much more to add so stay tuned!

The printed short has to be one trend I've lived in this summer. I recently bought several pairs at h&m, and now i constantly find myself wearing them. They are so comfy, and they add funk to every outfit. With this trend its so easy to look put together pair them with a simple tank, and your favorite pair of shoes and you are on your way to looking fabulous! Below is a set I made on Polyvore dedicated to this genius trend! Enjoy!

"That Balmain was Impressive"

For the past 8 weeks I've been drooling over Resort 2013 Collections. I was most excited to see the looks from Balmain's show. Once I laid eyes on the first look I immediately feel in love with the Resort lineup. The head designer Olivier Rousteing is making his way to the top of my favorites list. Here are a few of my favorite looks.
